Rent a flat - Montgomery

Very cosy and quiet and clean appartement, located in the nature of Woluwé Saint Pierre. Communication/response from owner(s)

The ad should be more transparent about the fact that the appartement is located on 4th floor WITHOUT elevator . I' ve realized after I've booked and no possibility to cancel the reservation. Not convenient when we carry luggages The owners absolutely need to fix the problem with low pressure water in the shower/bath That is not acceptable to have to wait almost drop by drop to be able to take a proper shower . The key box is also complicated to open , had to try several times And no the localisation is not really ideal ( not easy to commute by public transport) the 1 single bus to reach first metro station and was moved 8 min walking distance from original place due to works .

The apartment is spotless, modern fitted with all you'd need. The location, for us, was incredible. It was only a walk away from the University my daughter was starting in. It's easy access to the Metro and the bus and within walking distance of supermarkets and pharmacies

The only slight drawback in that is situated on the 4th floor of the building.. the top apartment and the stairs are narrow and the spiral, making it difficult when carrying up luggage.
