A very nice, bright and comfortable apartment, in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood.

A bit far from the city center (40 minutes) There is a bus station close to the builing (one minute away).. By car about 20 minutes drive.

Great location, well connected with the city center. We prefer using electric scooters, so it took us some 30 minutes to get to the main city square. Nice experience overall.

There are numerous small things that should be improved. Clogged sinks, loose/hanging shelves, no battery in the wall clock, etc. 2-3 days of TLC and the apartment would look like a MUST-STAY place.

Beautiful, comfortable, roomy, top floor apartment on a quiet street. Great kitchen. Within walking distance of Maison N.-D. du Chant-d’Oiseau where a meeting was being held as well as near restaurants and a beautiful park with many trails. A block away from a grocery store, boulangerie, and pharmacy. Easy to Uber into the tourist area or else take a combined bus and metro ride.

"A good alternative for families in Brussel"

The flat was well decorated and comfortable. It provides all basic household amenities. It is located in a secure and nice neighbourhood. The owner/dealer was friendly and helpful. He was always ready to answer my questions. Recommended.
