Quiet neighborhood, private apartment, close to the park.

Very comfy and in a quiet neighborhood,

tv wasn't working but ok

The neighbourhood was nice, it was interesting to visit this side of Bruxelles. The apartment was simple but comfortable. We were hopeful for the heating after a cold and wet day.

The stairs. Like a close serpentine, with children and luggage, it wasn’t easy to reach the 4th floor. We also asked baby cot, but we didn’t get bed sheet and towel for the baby. In total we recommend.

Spacious and very clean apartment, well equipped and very quiet. Free parking in the street, if you can find a spot. Easy access.

Climbing stairs to the 4th floor is harder than I thought. Parking in the street is free but all the spots were taken at night.

It was spacious and warm.

It is on the 4th floor with no lift. It is definitely difficult for a family with children and luggage. The toilet was not cleaned properly and had no water.

Appartement has a nice size.

We were disappointed with the uncomfortable furniture (couch, bed). I think it's bad when a kitchen is offered for cooking, but there is no oil, salt and pepper - you can't cook and have to buy it separately - pointless. The cutlery was mixed, the knives old and out of focus. the toilet room was dirty, found old hair. The biggest problem, however, was communicating with Robin. He only answers after days or not at all. When I forgot something in the apartment, it took 4 weeks to get it back! I even had to ask booking.com for help because Robin had stopped responding. For this price the flat needs big improvement and the commnunication should be more professionel. Never again.
