Kazinczy At Szimpla Apartment

This property is 2 minutes away from Szimpla Kert, on a very lively street. Even so, once you pass the main entrance it is completely silent! You don't hear any street noises which was amazing!! Arrival instructions were very clear and communication was fast. We didn't have any issues with the air conditioning/heater, good Wi-Fi, and kitchen appliances were enough (only needed to use the microwave and refridgerator).

The stairs going to the loft, as most reviews have mentioned, are very steep and dangerous. The bottom few steps are easy to miss so you have to pay very close attention to not trip going down. The loft is decorated with interesting cables suspended from the ceiling, however some of them were a little loose so we just made sure not to touch them after one fell out. The pillows could really be changed (or at least if there were some extras) as they were not super comfy for me, but the bed was good. In the bathroom, the sink is really small so the water gets everywhere on the floor. In the shower, there are rusted hooks that should just be removed at this point, could be potentially hazardous to accidently touch them. Overall though, I felt very safe, it was completely quiet at night, and the location is perfect. If you don't mind a few imperfections, I'd say its not a terrible place for a few nights especially at such an affordable price.

The location was really good and close to all the points of interest. It was fairly clean.

I had higher expectations for this apartment. The stairs to the upper level were a bit dangerous, in my opinion, as the last 3 steps were missing a piece. There was a constant noise that initially thought was coming from the bathroom, but even with all lights off it would still continue. It took me two nights to get used to it and sleep normally. In the bathroom sink only the tap of the hot water seemed to work that made it very difficult to wash my face as the water was too hot after a while. The toilet paper, napkins and soap weren't enough for more than 2-3 days of stay so I had to buy extra things on my own since I booked it for a week.

The location was great, it was very close to the Ruin Bar and also very accessible for public transport. Even if the place is on a very visited street, the apartments is very quiet.

Cozy place in center of Budapest. You can visit everything on walk. Near location are a lot of coffee shops, bakerys, restaurants, bars, fast-food places. Near us can find the most know ruin bar from city, a lot of turist there and a vibrant place (party all night). It is on 10-15 minutes walk to the Street Fashion where can find all the brands the want.

Cozy place in centre of Budapest where you wanna spend time. I can recommend.
