Very cosy atmosphere inside apartment!

1st floor and very dark room, no daylight(

Overall the place is nice. Its location is central and literally a 5-minute walk from the Synagogue. Its advantages are that it is located in the Jewish quarter, which has been transformed into an art place with a variety of restaurants and shops. There are bars nearby but it was not noisy during our stay. The apartment is a space that has been converted into a maisonette. Entering, you find yourself in a corridor, which is also a small kitchen, and opposite a bathroom and a toilet. To the right there is a living area, with a separate sleeping area above it. It is new and is generally clean. The downside is that during our stay the central heating was not working and only air conditioning was used. Given the height of the room, the warm air goes to the top and, accordingly, the bedroom is the warmest, while the living room, kitchen corridor and bathroom remained cold. It was most unpleasant for the bathroom. All this is also because the apartment is on the ground floor. The internet is very fast. It is nice that there is a small washing machine and you can wash yourself during a longer stay. I missed little details that would have made the place cozier, like a blanket in the living room, wine glasses, napkins. There is also no coffee machine and you should keep in mind that when several appliances are turned on at the same time, the electricity goes out. Regarding the communication with the owner, there was a slight difficulty and he did not send the entry details before the check-in time, we had to text him as we were traveling at the time and after we texted him to remind him he send them. The code he gave us to enter didn't work and after we called him he told us another code, saying apparently the problem was the cold. Another time he could provide both codes, explaining that there might be a problem because maybe more anxious people or those who don't know a foreign language to speak with him would have concerns.

Finally, on the day of departure, I wrote to him whether it was possible to leave our luggage, given that our flight was late in the evening. The host saw the message, read it and never responded. For those who need to leave their luggage somewhere, please note that we have found 5 minutes from Budapest Lockers, places to leave luggage for 5-10 euros for the whole day. I hope I was helpful.

The location is perfect. The communication with the landlord it was very fluid, he took care about us.

They should fix the steps on the stairs. There is not cold water on the bathroom sink (only boiling water to wash hands) Low pressure on the shower due leaks on the connections.

Very central location, had absolutely everything I needed in the flat.

We like the location and it was a cute apartment

It wasnt very clean and the boiler of the shower was too small. Everyday one of us had a cold shower.
