"Excellent"

De host was bijzonder aardig en vriendelijk, het apartment was netjes en schoon. De host reageerde snel op berichten en heeft ons bovendien een goede skipper aangeraden voor een zeiltochtje.

Het sofabed in de woonkamer was niet heel comfortabel. Binnenkomen (poort voor parkeerplaats, hek voor hoofdingang, code voor de deur van het apartment) was een soort escaperoom-challenge met codes, foto's en telefoonnummers. Gelukkig ben ik daar goed in :)

Schönes Apartment, toller Balkon. Parkplatz direkt am Haus, kostet allerdings Geld.

Die Klimaanlage hatte stark gerochen als wir sie anstellten, was schon störend war. Die Schlafcouch war nicht so bequem, würde dort nicht lange drauf schlafen wollen.

"Beau logement très confortable"

Très joli appartement, bien équipé. Une impression de rentrer chez soi. Bien situé, il est facile d’aller en centre ville à pied ou en bus, Beaucoup de commerces très proches, quartier calme. Place de parking possible Bonne communication Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

"Au centre de Cagliari"

Bon emplacement., parking apprécié dans ce quartier. Immeuble bien sécurisé. Très bien équipé (même un peu trop en meubles) Terrasse et balcons très agréables . Bonne propreté de tout ce qui est visible.

Mauvaise insonorisation +++ de la porte fenêtre de la chambre qui donne sur la rue. Cabine de douche très mal agencée : Petite cabine avec trop grande douche de tête et pas de douchette flexible. C'est dommage car la salle de bain est récente et moderne. Manque d'adaptateurs de prises car électroménager en prises françaises inadaptéems aux prises murales italiennes. Enfin un litige en cours sur le transport aéroport inclus dans le prix que ni booking, ni l'hôte n'ont voulu prendre en charge.
