2BR 2Bath L8 Executive Apartment, in City Centre

located in the centre of the city. Apartment was clean

sofa bed was diabolically uncomfortable. No aircon in the second room which was so small one of the beds prevented the door being fully opened before . General fit and finish very old. Parking space was tiny. Pool out of service during our stay but not disclosed at time of booking.

the apartment was in the perfect location and having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for myself and a group of friends!

the bathrooms are a little outdated and could use some work but still useable and fine for a few nights :)

The check in process was very easy all thanks to Julia’s easy instructions. It was a very comfortable stay and a great location.

The location of this property is excellent, with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance and most tourist spots within a short drive. The lounge/dining area was spacious.

We were really disappointed to find that the cot provided didn't actually fit in the second bedroom, after specifically searching for a 2 bed apartment so that we could relax after putting our little one to bed. We ended up having to stack one of the single mattresses on top of the other, and then tipped the base of one of the beds onto its side to fit it in the room - which left both of the single beds unusable. We were also disappointed to find the pool was closed, and had been for a while. There was a fair amount of construction noise from the renovations. The apartment could have been cleaner, for example we found fingernails on the coffee table. The booking confirmation email asked us to clean up after ourselves as the cleaners aren't paid per hour, but perhaps the solution is giving the cleaners a better wage to ensure they have time to finish the job.

On arrival Fridge was not working and leaking water, causing a bad smell.Toilet couldn’t be used until 3 days into the stay. Host solution was to use a fridge in a another apartment ( not move apartments but use someone else’s fridge)and the toilet was not her problem (plumbers fault) Had to move to a Hotel with a working fridge and toilet.Beware if you rent this property and have a issue the owner will blame you so have plan B and be willing to lose your money.
