2BR 2Bath L8 Executive Apartment, in City Centre

Good location. Good aspect. The apartment was comfortable and well appointed. The balcony was a bonus.

The pool was empty, and I was told by others at the hotel, that it had not been usable for a very long time! Since this booking was made primarily on the basis of a pool, I feel this information should have been provided. It was very hot, and we were disappointed that we were not informed as we would have booked elsewhere.

Excellent would recommend. Close to all shops and tourist sites. Enjoyable stay. Great information from host.

Despite booking a exec apartment with a pool and recreational area for 3 nights with the kids(5 + 10) we arrived to find the pool/spa bbq recreation had been out of commission for over 16 months - Despite numerous photos of the area and an email from the host informing us of the pool location and access with an etag. We contacted the host who informed no refunds available. only owner can authorize refunds however no contact available due to owner being in Philippines. Host blamed booking.com for not updating website despite welcome email informing of pool etc. The host informed me that the facilitys etc had been removed from the site to which she got "no they are not" and screenshots sent of the pool photos and facilities list. Photos on the site of the bbq area and pool/ spa etc were deleted during our stay to "save any confusion". Booking.com were not much help as they cant refund without the owners permission. We were prepared to pay for the first night and find other accommodation for the next 2 nights for the kids to hang by the pool but host/owners have your $$ and will not refund despite their property being fraudulently advertised. The kids were devastated after looking forwards to having three days downtime having bbqs and chilling by the pool. Booking.com refunded a small amount in "compensation" and gave a nice "sorry" letter. - yeah sorry doesn't cut it when dealing with fraudulent advertising and traveling with kids. ...... no refunds -shame on you ......

Location is convenient to everywhere but a bit noisy at night.

The bedding in two bedrooms are excellent. However, the sofa bed is very uncomfortable and very dusty around the property.
