2BR 2Bath L8 Executive Apartment, in City Centre

Excellent location, very close to a range of restaurants/cafes and shopping centre. Also very centrally located for all of the main sights to see in Canberra. Spacious apartment more than catered for our family of 4.

A few minor things need attention such as the tap being loose in the ensuite. Nothing to really impact the quality of stay though.

Only kitchen has stuff like utensils and kettle etc otherwise air conditioners not working, showers were not working properly.

Air conditioning Cleaning Showers

Had to clean out Aircon vents for AC to work. Mould in bathroom and on shower curtain. Washing machine leaked all over the bathroom floor every time it was used. Plates and bowls in cupboards were dirty.

The location is good. Close to transport and restaaurants.

The property is in poor condition. Broken toilet seats & tap. Door to bedroom could only be partly opened. Window could not be opened. Wardrobes were full of bits and pieces leaving little space to hang clothes. No drawers to put clothes in. Broken tiles in kitchen. No frypan or spatula in kitchen, Very dirty shower surrounds, Booked for 6 people but only beds for 4 were made, Had to wait 5 hours for the fourth bed to be made. Shelf in bathroom cupboard is only fixed into place at the front and it tips up when you put anything on it. Noisy neighbours talking loudly on their balcony till well after 1.00am. No room to store luggage. No dishcloth to wipe benches or table. Extremely disappointing and not worth the money. Would not recommend it.

Inadequate parking and hard to find exact location

The entire environment and the cleanliness.

Great location. Clean. Well appointed with furniture. Comfy chairs. Easy entry and exit instructions.

Dishwasher was full of dishes on arrival. They were clean but emptying dishwasher was not how I had envisaged starting my short break. Main bathroom toilet seat is for a kids toilet. It doesn’t fit, looks ridiculous and catches on legs. Toilet paper was low grade recycled, which is fine, but surprising considering no recycling bin for bottles, cans etc and no instructions on what to do with recycling. Large TV in bedroom but small TV in lounge. When there with a family, it would have been better the other way round. Visited in winter so more blankets would have been better as no heating in smaller bedroom where kids slept.
