The location was great and central to everything. Comfy pillows.

Beds were very uncomfortable, whole apartment stank of cigarette smoke. Half drank bottles of alcohol left in fridge from previous patrons, Apartment wasn’t ready at Check In time. Food scum all through fridge and freezer, Dish washer chocked full of dishes when we arrived. Cheap nasty toilet paper, towels very worn and thin. Tried contacting the person, they didn’t bother replying after I queried the state of apartment.

Dishwasher was broken and had been for some time as when we opened door very bad smell and when switched on water leaked on kitchen floor. We reported this to Julia

Parking of cars in the under grou d car park was terrible. To tight and not enough locations

Great view from the balcony. Good size apartment. Good location. Comfortable beds.

There were no condiments in the kitchen, no tea or coffee sachets. Uncarpeted floors, bathroom and kitchen, appear to hv been swept but not washed. Shower mats came up dirty on the underside after a shower.

The location was good

The place was full of fake plastic plants which were all very dusty and useless to us. Generally, the window ledges were also dusty. The air conditioners were full of dust and did not work effectively. The second bedroom was not airconditioned at all and had no openable windows. Privacy to that room was dreadful as people on the walkway outside could see onto the bed, even with the curtains fully closed. This room was more like a storeroom than a bedroom and it was stuffy and awful to sleep in. We could not imagine a couple staying in that room for more than a single night. Generally the decor was old and tired and there was a sense to us that the owners had not put much care, love or effort into the presentation. Scrappy, miscellaneous bits and pieces filled the kitchen cupboards and there was no sense of order or generosity. Toilet paper, amenities and so on, were in very limited supply. No salt, cooking oil or anything useful for someone staying longer than a night, was apparent. Cooking equipment, utensils and so on were not usefully selected. The was enough old miscellaneous cutlery for a football team but there was no oven pan or even towels or cloths for washing dishes or cleaning the apartment on departure and during our stay. Towels were in short supply and only one kitchen tea towel had been provided for all of our cleaning and food prep. We would suggest if one were to consider staying here, to bring a lot of things like aluminium foil, cleaning cloths, coffees, teas, oil and so on. We noted, when booking, that previous guests had raised most of the above things, and the owner had acknowledged them, however there seemed to be no action taken to remedy them. This indicated to us that they did not really care about their guests. I suppose the overall advice to the owner would be to put a little care and heart into the presentation and if this was done, it would be a very enjoyable place to stay, because the location was fantastic.
