スタッフ？管理人？の態度が悪すぎた

Lots of space, beds were comfortable, lots of facilities, quiet location with easy access to Sapporo Station, Lawson and next door. Would stay again!

Internet was a bit slow, but of a walk from public transport.

The entire room is very neat and clean. Most of the things you needed are provided.

The beds were comfy, decent sized fridge, good shower pressure. Close to various public transport (although footpath was broken in places making it a small hike with a suitcase).

The communication from the host broke down at the most important time. Delays in communication when giving the door code made me wonder if I was going to have to find alternative accommodation. This was the first time I've had responsiveness issues from an apartment stay with a code so it took me by surprise!

沒有電梯, 行李有點重就需要男生協助啦~

アパート型ホテルに求めているもの（調理器具や皿など ）がほぼ置いてあった 電熱線ではなくガス火なので火力が高い 近所にポロクルがある 部屋が古臭くない

エレベーターがないのは問題ないが、16段（3階なら32段）の階段に手すりがなかったので危なかった お風呂の椅子の高さが低すぎるので立ち上がるのに苦労した 電話のスタッフの対応がとても悪い、客に対する態度ではなかった

房間很適合家庭旅居。

樓梯較窄，抬行李比較辛苦。
