Spacious room with well-equipped kitchen. The washer worked well and clothes dried overnight. The beds were comfortable to sleep on. Easy check-in process, with convenient self check-in

The toilet was in an unusual location by the front entrance and away from the sink with hand soap. Some of the sheets appeared dirty. Have to climb stairs to get up to the 3rd floor, which can be tricky if you have lots of luggage.

The amenities in the room were comprehensive. There is a washing machine, microwave, cooking hob, TV, WIFI, air purifier, air conditioning, hair dryer, kettle, dining table. Everything you need to be comfortable. The location was reasonably near to the main Sapporo train station and very near to the Sapporo factory (restaurants and supermarket). No problem at all for those who likes to walk. Entry to the room was via pin number so it was convenient as well. It is also quite near to the ANA Crowne hotel where you can take the bus to the airport (or arrive from the airport). We took a taxi from the airport (about JPY15k) when we arrived since we didn't know the location well. We took the airport bus back once we are familiar with the place. Overall, an excellent choice and great value for money for our family with 2 adults and 2 teenagers.

the wooden board base of the main bed was a bit cricking. Mattress of sofa bed was also getting soft. I guess this is inevitable over time.
