房間很適合家庭旅居。

樓梯較窄，抬行李比較辛苦。

商業施設と札幌駅へのアクセスが良く、部屋も寝室とリビングが分かれていた点

掃除機がなく、ほこりが溜まるのが気になる点

The location was good.

Not very clean

Fully equipped apartment and clean.

Staircase to my apartment without handrail and quite steep. Not suitable to elderly and young children. My husband suffered from osteoarthritis and he faced difficulty.

The place is not modern but has everything you need.

The location is too far from Sapporo Station, almost 1 kilometer. The apartment does not have a lift. Our room was on the 3rd floor and we had to carry our big luggage up the stairs. They have a washing machine but no dryer, so it was not convenient if you have to dry your clothes.

The room was cosy and they had a washing machine available. The heater did get a bit hot even for winter so it was good that the air-conditioning was available.

Great location, quiet and comfortable. Great facilities in kitchen and bathroom. Lovely and warm and welcoming when we arrived in from the wintery weather

Compact apartment with everything we needed

A bit far from the Sapporo JR station. Takes a 15-min walk to get there, but still manageable. May consider taxi if you want to stay here and don't want to walk
