Bright Eden Park two bed townhouse private parking

central to where we wanted to be. comfortable beds. had everything we needed

parking was very tight and I wasn’t prepared to try to park rental car in space. luckily there was not an event on at eden park and we could park on the street.

Close to everything. 2 bedroom so easy to stay with kids.

We arrived to at least 20 flies inside and had to get rid of them before sleeping.. fly screens on all windows would be handy… Also there is limited sitting/ relaxing space and I would only use this flat for sleeping while visiting family and friends.

Excellent location right next to Eden Park with off road parking

No comfortable furniture in the living/dining area. No broom or vacuum

Nice place. Decent Amenities. Close to shops and groceries. Awesome choice if you are attending any events at Eden Park.

Having the entry code via e-mail prior to arrival would have made things go a lot smoother, but this was just a minor inconvenience.

Clean convenient well priced

the property was fine with a couple of exceptions. Firstly less than a quarter of a roll of toilet paper made it our stay a bit uncomfortable! Toilet rolls are number one on the very basic list so missing this really poor. Secondly, why provide a nice Nespresso type coffee machine without the means to make even a single cup? A shame really as the property was wuite good, just let down by lack of attention to normal detail.

Easy to follow instructions. Appreciated the car park right next to the unit, and coffee maker. Adequate facilities for the price and tidy renovation for a brick and tile unit. Quiet area out of the city (unless there's an event at Eden Park).

Unit didn't have milk, tea towels, bath mat or cheese grater. Would have liked curtains in the living room and kitchen for privacy, a power plug in the 2nd bedroom. To make it more cosy you could add a sofa and rug in the living room, and lamps in the bedrooms.

Great location of property with parking. Good Wi-Fi and cooking facilities. Neat space for the two of us. Very happy with our stay.

Would like blinds or curtains in the living and kitchen space for privacy. But not a deal breaker.
