"Superb"

Loved the location. Walked early each morning up Mount Eden and back. Mount Edenwas a visible landmark in one direction and Eden Park was in the other direction so you couldn't get lost.

Very good location

Beds were small and soft. Bedspread could be cleaner. Or new. Toilet seat was lose, needs attention. Lots of cobwebs on the windows.

The location.

Where do I start! The bath mat was disgusting(wet & filthy), the shower wasn't cleaned(previous stayer's hair on shower wall & bottom of shower slippery), Mouse poop in the corner bottom cupboard(have pics), Net curtains mouldy, towels on beds; some clean & others had been used, bed sheets not changed; beds had just been made up from previous stayer; thankfully we brought extra blankets & slept on top of the beds, scratches along the side of my car due to hedges & trees not being trimmed back. Expectation was simple cleanliness. This was far from it.

Hot water comes out pretty weak for shower, bed was around average

Easy location, off street parking was ideal!

Could definitely have been cleaner, mould around windowsills wasn’t super nice… also one window in the room with the double bed didn’t shut.
