Bright Eden Park two bed townhouse private parking

Great little unit, nice location. Comfortable beds. Kitchen dated but functional. Good shower, new looking w/machine though we didn't use it.

Clean but not spotless. One towel too few.

Location was great

Could fit my car into the parking space with two other cars already there, if i had got it in without hitting a wall or car we wouldnt have been able to get out, very tight drive to back down

It was cheap - that's all it really has going for it

Place was still being cleaned when we arrived despite being over an hour after the advertised check-in time, and after our advised arrival time. We had to stand around in the rain waiting to get access as we had a toddler needing changing, nap etc.

Good amount of space, comfortable and private. Excellent dining options and public transport nearby.

There were no hand towels, bath mat or face cloths. One of the towels had bleach stains all over it.

Awesome location, cute and cozy.

Great location to walk to Mt Ed. Stadium right next door which we didn't go to though. Was like 10 bucks with an Uber into city center. Free parking. House looked nice on the inside.

No towel to dry the dishes. Bit dirty when you open the drawers of the kitchen to look for cutlery etc. I've noticed this with many Air bnbs that we booked in NZ, the houses are for 4 people but there's only a couch for 2 or 3 people. We don't really spend much time inside the house since we're on holiday and doing things but I still feel like houses for 4 should provide couches for 4.

Had all the conveniences required in a quiet location

Free parking. Value for money with genius deal. Coffee machine with pods (we got milk from the 24hr Mobil a 5 min. walk away). It was basic, clean and comfortable with many amenities. A great base for our quick stop in Auckland. Easy self check in. If we were going to an event at Eden Park we would be absolutely delighted as it is literally across the road on the same street, it’s that close!

Great location with carpark, the 2 bedrooms meant it was easy to stay with our two teens, and while the place is compact it is well laid out and having the space an apartment/unit affords was a definite bonus. The area is safe and easy to get to the train station is about a 4-5 minute walk as well. It is a location that has it all. The hosts were wonderful and were easy to ask questions of leading upto our stay. We would happily stay again.

It is very clean and easy to check in.
