Well appointed (albeit very cheaply)

Ants in kitchen, uncomfortable beds/pillows/couch, old mismatched bedding/blankets, old threadbare mismatched towels with bleach stains on them, no plug sockets at all in one of the bedrooms, terrible water pressure in shower, impossible to locate accommodation in the dark as no outside security light

Convenient location, helpful and responsive host, clean and well equipped bathroom and kitchen, spacious yet cosy. Walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, take outs, and liquor stores.

Heat pump didn't reach far enough to heat the second kids' bedroom. Parking was very tight with the truck, but we made it work. Description says townhouse. However, it is a single level unit.
