The property is close to amenities, with good view, and nice and quiet on the ground floor.

The mattress is a bit soft. Shower in the bathtub is dangerous to the elderly.

Poorly maintained property managed by rude staff. Fridge door snapped clean off the hinges as it had rusted through and needed to be replaced a long time ago. I then found a thick layer of black mould on the bottom seal of the fridge despite anything visible looking to be well maintained. Advised the after hours staff of this and that I was now forced to drive to caboolture to get an esky so I wouldn't lose what I had stored in there (not expecting them to do much, its not their responsibility and this was my choice). After hours staff advised that they would contact the owners about a possible partial refund. Great I thought, didn't expect anything of them at all but that's very nice of them. Fast forward to the day after checkout I had a missed call from the real estate agent. After calling her back she advised that they sent an email. Check the email to find that here won't be a refund but in it's place they're now charging me $385 to replace a door that they believe I 'kicked in'. Tried to resolve the matter privately only to recieve a single photo of a slightly warped door with a crack down the middle and be told that when they visited the property they had no issues opening or closing it. I followed up asking for any other evidence of damage to support this claim or what their reasoning was for me to kick in a functioning door only to recieve no response. Very disappointing customer service and seem to have no interest in their guests experience once the money has changed hands. Would not reccomend for young families, people with health concerns or anyone looking to have a holiday without a headache. Great location but plenty others around this location for similar prices without the drama.
