Quiet street, location was the biggest positive. Complimentary wine was a nice touch....

Bedroom fan has a high pitched random noise which was super annoying. Very dated property, strong sewerage smell present at different times. I thought the price was very expensive for the condition the property is in. No exhaust fans work, fridge door broken, kitchen & bathroom cupboards have swollen chipboard. For $200 per night, we didn't feel like we got value for money. Outdoor furniture was dilapidated.

Across from the water

Rude and intimidating office staff kicked my wife (with a broken leg) out & left her sitting in a park waiting for me to pick her up after work. 6 hrs later. Disgusting!!!!!!!

Needed a lot of repairs ,and had been by looking back at reviews, and for some time and these issues had been spoken about ,saw people in charge (real estate) regarding site blamed owner yet they continued to sell property with good reviews and their spiel of how beautiful it was Fans hanging out off ceiling in two bedrooms ,side entry door need replacing which they had a repair man come who bashed the door open which was split , got a hammer hit the bottom frame which was full of rust till it shut ,bathroom furniture needs repair and proper cleaning ,outdoor furniture needed replacing so bad we couldn’t sit outdoors ,grass not cut untidy ,front entry greeted with bags containing sand and broken tiles and dirty , looks like not a soul has inspected it since forever found box with 2024 local papers in kitchen cupboard , nothing like pics in advertising ,in costs we were charged for cleaning which WE DID ,we were so disappointed would have liked some change back,but never offered , sad as position was perfect BADLY Needs updating with repairs ,No icon ,no wifi , taken photos if you would like to see or I would like to know the owner as real estate doesn’t seem to have no concern and we wonder if it will be reported
