Great location, nice and quiet and sea views. Comfortable beds , bottle of champagne was nice touch. Plenty of bedding and free shampoos.

Cockroach’s running over kitchen units whilst cooking! Very upsetting. Mouldy dirty electric fry pan ! Glass cracked in cupboard, could have seriously cut someone. Ants everywhere, leave spray ,maybe get some bait for insects. Get rid of plastic cooking utensils !

Perfect location. Water views. Big and airy. Value for money as it’s an oldie but a goodie. Some lovely touches like a bottle of bubbly in the fridge, free water, toiletries, little knick knack gifts, well stocked kitchen.

2 doors need immediate repair. Washing basket needs replacing. Nice and clean on the surface but could do with a deep clean.

Location was great, easy walk to RSL and other cafe /restaurants. The water and promenade made for great walks and easy swimming. Generally comfortable, good value.

Please feed back to owners, not for public. Back door needs fixing, didn't open without getting caught and squeaking very loudly. Could not close bedroom door. Tv only worked for streaming. No wifi. Some of the doors didn't seem to lock properly.

"Bribie Island"

Bribie Island is a great Spot and Dolphin View on South Esplanade is well located (walking distance from shops and coffee).

The location is great as it has a wonderful view and close to all amenities. The car accommodation is good as it allows you to unpack with ease. Good laundry and kitchen well stocked with holiday needs.

The bedroom doona and pillows need to be replaced as they are very musty in the back bedroom.

I liked everything about it, especially the view of the water, it was stunning. It was in a quiet area really close to all of the local attractions. Would definitely stay there again.

"Great apartment in a great location"

Was an issue initially as the previous occupant didn't return the keys to the locked box. When the agent was contacted they immediately came and gave us the keys.
