Location is good balcony facing ocean Parking is easy

No internet is a let down cannot watch anything there is no signal for normal tv either Power was cut off 0900 the day checking out while we still packing up without opening all curtain unable to see clearly

"Great position, fine for a short break"

The position is unbeatable - convenient and beautiful - and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen was adequately supplied and the large fridge was good. Though lack of heating and air-conditioning would be a problem in other seasons, we found the unit temperature comfortable for our stay. Furnishings adequate, though hardly luxurious. Plenty of storage in the bedroom we used for a short stay.

The failure to replace a nonworking kettle, reported on our first morning, was intensely annoying, and fell short of what I would expect from a property manager. Noise from unit above from people walking and kids yelling was sometimes a nuisance. Storage of patio furniture inside the unit was irritating as hell - why couldn't this be outside on the patio permanently? Lack of conveniently placed PowerPoints a nuisance for charging devices and my CPAP machine. The narrow, awkward access to the lockable garage was impossible for our Mazda6, meaning we had to park on the street and walk across a mostly wet lawn which had no path. No proper mat outside the front door meant we couldn't brush our shoes properly before entry. Aesthetically, a few more pictures around the place would make it look a little more homey, and the odd white object sticking out of the lounge room wall made us wonder if we were on Candid Camera!
