The location is just infront of the beach facing mainland. High tide during night, make the location enjoyable for early morning walk or a early start for a dip in cold water or watersports. The property has attached garage for car parking. Everything for a self contained stay

The unit is on grond level, with too many access points; and keys are challenging to identify and not easy to operate. The garage was operatable from inside. There is no AC at the ground level. It is not suitable for warm days.
