The location was the best thing about this property

The bath facilities are not working properly and they need maintenance

Location was perfect for us. Balcony was amazing!

Difficult to get into the apartment with the key which we found in the key box (wrong key box was indicated in the text (left vs. right). And when we did get the correct key, the door was a bit difficult to open. The key needed to be pushed into the lock very very hard. Luckily, a kind neighbor helped us.

Great location. Beautiful apartment but some disappointing aspects.

Description states that there is a balcony but this doesn't exist. Apartment has a kitchen but comes equipped with just two forks and two teaspoons. No knives or kitchen utensils. Therefore kitchen was unusable. No instructions are provided for using the jacuzzi. When we turned it on, it sent a fountain across the bedroom, down the stairs and into the lounge area. We had to use our bath towels to clean up. Speaking of towels, you are provided with two bath and two hand towels. These are flimsy and old and there is nowhere to dry them so for day 2 and 3 we had damp towels. (Heated towel rail doesn't work). The apartment needs some care and attention and repairs. A glass shelf and power socket are hanging off the wall in the kitchen. Hooks in the bathroom are also hanging off the wall. Bedside light only works if the jacuzzi mains switch is turned on but this then turns on the jacuzzi light which is too bright for sleeping. Beautiful apartment but badly designed and maintained. Even having a shower floods the bathroom due to poor design.

Spa, køkken og badeværelse var fint. Der var lagt kaffe og vand frem i køleskabet. De var søde til at have sat hjerteballoner op inden ankomst.

Ved ankomst mødte man en meget slidt opgang, hvor der er kryb. Hertil mødte en privat udlejer op og forsøgte at snakke ind i, at trække bookingen udenom booking.com, da det så kunne gøres billigere, hvilket vi ikke ønskede. Under opholdet finder vi ud af at toilettet løber konstant, at sengen er forfærdelig, med en kæmpe nedgang i midten og at aircondition formegentlig ikke har været renset, da vi begge ender med at blive syge.

Really spacious, has everything you need and of course the hot tub! Location also great.
