Jacuzzi Loft Budapest

This was a total ripp off, please don’t spend your money on this. We could have booked a nice hotel instead of this apartment. Besides the location, everything was horrible. It is old, dirty, needs renovations and unsafe. First of all, this was actually a bigger apartment splitted in two and the wall inbetween was very poorly made so you can hear everything, if our neighbours from the second apartment were going up the stairs we could hear them as if they were in our apartment. We were laying on the bed and when the neighbours came home we got scared someone got our apartment. The stairs are really unsafe and slippery. After we took a shower there was not enough hot water to fill in the jacuzzi(which was the reason we choose the apart). There was no shower gel or soap and a really ugly smell in the bathroom. We ordered some food, and even tho there was pots and pans, there were only two teaspoons and literally 2 napkins. The socket from the kitchen was hanging from the wall, there was a broken vase and broken tiles on the floor upstairs, there were spider webs, overall the apartment was dirty, the knob from the window was broken and the internet was not working. It was a really bad and disappointing experience, but what pissed me off at the end was that the host had the nerve to send me a message asking to leave a review but only if it’s a 10. This kind of hosts should not be allowed on booking.com, it ruined our vacation! I honestly do not understand how other people can give a positive review, I definetely don’t think it’s worth the price. Maybe at half price could be acceptable. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

This property is in an incredible location and so beautiful! The team took amazing care of us and made sure we had the best stay in Budapest!

It’s an exceptional property in a great location to restaurants cars and attractions. The host Odi was very helpful met us there at 12 at night as our flight was delayed by 3 hours. Was on the phone to answer any questions or help with any problems. Called and paid for us a taxi the day we left to bring us to the office so they could look after the bags and then the same again for our trip to the airport.

Even thought we were there for just one night, it was amazing! From the moment we landed we were assisted 24h by the manager, who warmly welcomed us once we arrived on the spot and allowed us to store our language there since we arrived pretty earlier. Located in the very center of Budapest this suite is very cozy, our favorite part was of course the jacuzzi close to the bed! Awesome! We will come back!

We had such a brilliant experience at these apartments. We were very kindly provided with earlier check in by Odi and he came and showed us around the beautiful apartment. He was on stand by the full time we were here in case we needed anything at all which we really appreciated! He was a great help. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

The host was extremely kind, polite and helpful. He arrived exactly on time to show us around the apartment and make sure we were happy with everything. The apartment is exactly as the pictures show. Spacious, comfortable, modern, well equipped. We were very grateful for the coffee machine and coffee capsule in the morning. The shower is also spacious and can comfortably fit two people. ;) And the jacuzzi was a stress reliever. It is located right next to the synagogue, absolutely central, all attractions within walking distance, without even using public transport. We hope to stay in this wonderful apartment again one day.

Just Budapest style, run down palace with beautiful apartments. This is absolutely astonishing. The view on the ancient sinagoga is amazing, Astoria metro stop is two steps away from the door and the shuttle bus from the airport stops very close to the building. The jacuzzi is dreamy, bed very comfi, shower amazing, bidet (for an Italian it is a plus ) Just perfect

Windows could be better isolated can be a little noisy
