Jacuzzi Loft Budapest

We booked this apartment in Budapest despite reading some negative reviews, hoping the jacuzzi would make up for any shortcomings. Unfortunately, we couldn’t have been more wrong. From the moment we arrived, we noticed multiple red flags: a poorly maintained entrance and corridor, dust and dirt in the apartment, doors hanging off hinges, and, most concerningly, a bent front door frame—clear signs of a past forced entry. The window latch was also broken, adding to our unease. The real nightmare began on our second night. As we were sleeping, we were jolted awake by someone aggressively trying to force their way into our apartment. The banging was relentless, and at one point, we heard heavy footsteps inside the building that sounded disturbingly close. This happened multiple times throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep and leaving us feeling completely unsafe. The morning before, we had already witnessed the door next to us smashed in, with glass everywhere—further proving how insecure this place is. By the next morning, we packed our bags and left as soon as possible, booking a proper hotel for our last night. No jacuzzi is worth risking your safety. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place entirely.

Loved every minute. Greeted by Lazlo, a pretty perfect host. Greeted us in person with a warm welcome, could not have been more helpful, He was on the end of the phone for the entire stay. A credit to the place. What a fantastic location. Amid the hustle and bustle of this vibrant and beautiful city. The apartment was high end. Spotless, modern, fantastic shower. Open plan staircase would NOT be suitable for kids but we loved it. Coffee every morning on the balcony watching the city come to life. Fabulous

The jacuzzi drain needed to be prised open with a fork but this was very easy and we reported it with a very helpful response

Location was great, room was spacious and airy. Diana was great, friendly and very helpful.

The shower could not be used without flooding the into the hallway - the drain was not working properly. The central heating kept coming on - the control pad allowed me to shut it down but then it would restart next day…

Absolutely everything. The apartment, the location. It completed the amazing trip we had. Our host Anastasia was extremely welcoming, I will recommend to any friends/family to come here, and if we were to come back to Budapest we will 100% be coming back here to stay.
