Nos alojamos en este apartamento durante nuestra estancia en Budapest y la experiencia fue excelente. La relación calidad-precio es inmejorable: el apartamento es cómodo, limpio y cuenta con todo lo necesario. Además, la ubicación es perfecta, muy céntrica y con fácil acceso a los principales puntos turísticos de la ciudad. Sin duda, una opción totalmente recomendable para disfrutar de Budapest.

Het appartement was netjes, het ligt midden in het centrum alles was op loopafstand, de bussen, trams en metrostations waren dichtbij. In het appartementencomplex was het stil, geen overlast van andere mensen, zelfs geen last van geluid van auto’s buiten het appartementencomplex. Wij zouden het iedereen aanraden als je Boedapest wilt bezoeken. Er zijn leuke restaurantjes in de buurt waar je goed kan eten. Als tip: dat er in de keuken een vaatdoekje en een theedoek ligt en in de badkamer kleine handdoek op de grond voor na het douchen. En we misten een kleine salontafel om je drinken erop te zetten.

My feedback regarding the stay: 1. The apartment was not as requested and did not match the photos shown on Booking.com. 2. The assigned room (A13) was not clearly specified from the beginning. 3. The furniture, especially the bed, was very uncomfortable: the mattress was too thin, and the iron bed frame made disturbing noises whenever I moved. 4. The internet connection was very weak. 5. I had informed the property in advance that I would arrive after midnight and requested an easy way to check in. I received a message with instructions, but unfortunately, the access code for the building was incorrect. As a result, we had to wait outside for hours until a resident opened the door for us. I can provide proof of this from the message that was sent to me.

The property does not match the description provided and it is in terrible conditions. The owner is refusing to issue a refund, despite acknowledging the issues. We were forced to leave and find alternate accommodations. The A/C is inoperative, and the property is unlivable.
