Full Refund Request Due to Lack of Service – A13 BQA Hotel, Budapest Dear Booking.com, We booked a stay at the A13 BQA Hotel in Budapest for the dates October 15–19, for two rooms (Booking numbers: 5343388417 and 5723517214). Unfortunately, we did not receive even the most basic level of service: - There was no reception and no staff on site. - The entrance was in unacceptable condition – filled with garbage bins, dark and uninviting. - We did not receive room keys and were unable to access the rooms. - All attempts to contact hotel staff failed – we only received automated responses, which were completely unhelpful. We had no choice but to leave the location and book a new hotel on the spot (Intercity Hotel) at an additional cost of 1,877 ILS per room (Booking numbers: 5076470127 and 5992270988). That means we paid twice – and received zero service from A13. We reached out to you several times, and your response was that you were unable to contact the hotel either – which only reinforces our claim. If you cannot reach the hotel, how can guests be expected to? This is completely unacceptable. I strongly suggest you stop working with this disgraceful provider – the reality of the hotel is nothing like the photos, and it is shameful that a company like Booking.com does not take full responsibility. I demand a full refund immediately.

The apartment is in an excellent location and the host made an effort to make it easy to find and enter the apartment

We didn't like that the apartment was cold, and the toilet smelled terrible. Also, it would be better if there were conditions for self check in instead of going to get the key and returning it

La posizione era buona, la stanza era pulita.

La caldaia faceva spesso rumore, che durante la notte poteva essere fastidioso. Le coperte separate non erano molto comode, avremmo preferito una coperta unica. Il letto faceva molto rumore; ad ogni piccolo movimento cigolava. Di asciugamani avremmo preferito averne almeno due a testa, dato che uno era poco, e oltretutto un po’ piccolo.
