The staff were very nice and friendly. The location is not bad.

The flat was ok. A bit of an unpleasant smell. Very basic, hand towels aren't provided for example. Not great privacy as well, as the door and window face the pathway outside and don't block noises. No air conditioning in the bedroom, only in the kitchen space. And the same with TV was in the kitchen space with no proper place to sit in front of it.

מיקום מעולה! קרוב להמון מקומות מרכזיים, בתי קפה ומסעדות על הרחוב. מסאז' תאילנדי מעולה וזול ממש מעבר לכביש. חלל החדר קצת קטן (מיטה זוגית, ומטבחון קטן עםפינת ישיבה על בר)אבל מאוד נעים מעוצב בטוב טעם ונקי.

בחדר האמבטיה יש ריח ממש לא נעים וחזק של ביוב שעולה (ברמה שלא הצלחתי לצחצח שיניים בבוקר וצחצחתי בכיור המטבח...) אחרי שלושה ימים של שהייה פתחו את ההסקה המרכזית ואיך שהוא הריח עבר.... לא התלוננתי על הריח כי רוב הזמן הייתי מחוץ לחדר ולא התחשק לי להעביר את הזמן בלטפל בזה. בטוחה שאם הייתי פונה ומתלוננת הייתי מקבלת מענה

לא אהבנו כלום מקום דוחה ומגעיל הגענו ראינו מקום מזעזע לקחנו את הרגלים שלנו והלכנו לחפש מלון אחר

Good positioning for the place. Comfy bed. The concierge team was very prompt.

The couch is dirty and stained. I didn't have heating for 2 days, and it was cold in the apartment and had to call maintenance team twice to fix it. The drain in the shower produced a bad smell and had to be cleaned. The internet routers kept disconnecting and didn't work properly.

Близько до метро і навколо дуже багато класних закладів, було відносно чисто і комфортно.

Є нюанси з ванною кімнатою, протікав душ , а також був дуже неприємний запах з ванної кімнати, на дивані було велике п‘ятно.

ריח מאוד רע שיצא מהמקלחת , פניתי לצוות ולצערי לא עזרו בזה. היה חסר במקלחת גם מגבת לרצפה הייתי צריכה לפנות כמה פעמים כדי שיביאו לי אחת, מסוכן מאוד להתקלח כשרצפת המקלחת רטובה

Bellissimo appartamento e molto pulito purtroppo la lavatrice non era collegata all'acqua e abbiamo dovuto aspettare 2 giorni prima che arrivassero a collegarla ma a parte questo tutto perfetto e pulito
