The proximity to the city centre was excellent and the fact it had a car space.

The pillows were very paper thin, there were a couple of maintenance issues that we found. Also had to pay additional for towels if we wanted to use the pool.

Fantastic check in instructions and location. Lovely and clean.

No oven trays or oven proof dishes, so nothing that could be used to cook anything in the oven.

The property was located in the heart of city. The facilities like air con, washing machine, dishwasher and TV impressed me. Proper cutleries, dishes and study table were plus point.

Since we were there for 5 days, we had expected a little more body wash, shampoo, conditioner and toilet rolls. Also, please organise hand wash as well which is crucial for the sanitization. There was mold in the bathroom wall. Exit mould would clear that easily.

Location and facilities are good.

Poor cleaning of facilities. In particular the shower recess had soap scum and mould on the floor and walls as well as the glass door. Considering a substantial fee is charged for cleaning this was not acceptable. We left the unit in a cleaner condition than on our arrival. The stove top elements did not work well. They only heated to level 5 and were not even able to boil a pot of water. A manual to explain full operation of the stove top would have helped. The bed was made with only a thin doona and a bottom sheet - no top sheet. Pillows need replacing - the existing ones are very thin and provide no support. No manuals provided for operation of electrical appliances e.g. clothes dryer, stovetop, air-con, tv.

Very good location, big and comfortable room, decent facilities.

Picking up keys took some time though with given instructions. A little bit pricey.
