Location great, bed comfy, best showerhead I've ever experienced.

Just small tweaks needed: the large plates provided are too big for the dishwasher; the shower would be great with a squeegee in it to wipe the glass down as we go; there are no instructions on how to work the TV, so it took a while to work it out; the plastic plants are horrible, don't try to greenwash: either have real plants or don't; the cooking equipment provided was pretty good, although a colander for draining pasta would make them perfect. The biggest problem is that the location of the wifi means that I had to sit on a chair in the flat's foyer to be able to Zoom with my family. For less intense connection (social media, etc) it was fine.

Key pickup a little challenging as there was no where to stop/ park the car. Otherwise no issues

Location

The check in procedure was an absolute nightmare and started our stay off with many negatives. More than 2 hours, stuck in wrong lifts, going through wrong doorways, normal carpark entry closed, etc

"The place lived up to my expectation. It was a lovely stay indeed."

It is exactly like the description. It is really light and lovely. Loved how it felt just like my home. Immediately became comfortable as soon as I stepped in.

The only thing I had a problem with is the deadlock. It is really hard to open. Took me probably 5 minutes just to open the door.
