Light & Lovely in Canberra's CBD - 1BR Apt w/Carsp

GREAT location! close to Canberra centre. the apartment was very clean

parking layout is quite weird, but that's more of a building issue. the instructions on key pick up, car parking instructions, left entry and check out steps may be a bit daunting to those not used to AirBNB style accommodations!

It was at a great location. Spacious, homely, comfortable and had all the required facilities.

I would have preferred the collection of the keys to be more convenient.

Location was excellent

We were aware we had to collect keys off sight but not aware it was from a locked box until we rang and spoke to some one. Once we had the keys we then had issues with car parking and finding our unit. If not for assistants from other tenants this would have been a real problem.

Location in the city was convenient

Instructions for check in were not clear - the keys are actually in a lock box in a different suburb. This should be mentioned in the listing, but it’s not. The property managers sent about 6 emails ahead of the trip, only one of them mentions this fact and it’s easily missed. Also we booked for 4 people (2 adults and two kids) but when we arrived only the bed in the bedroom was set up. The couch in the living room does not fold out, so one of our kids slept on the floor. When we enquired, the property manager advised there is a blow up mattress we had to set up ourselves. When I book for 4 people, I expect to have the bedding set up already. Not good enough

It was a wonderful stay overall. All the facilities were available

Better if keys can be collected at the same place
