Z40 - Budget Apartment

Tiene microondas y utensilios basicos de cocina, mini nevera, mesita para comer, aire acondicionado y una cama amplia y comoda. Ademas es luminoso y tranquilo y esta muy bien ubicado.

Pone que tiene netflix pero no va, solo youtube y esta solo en italiano. No tiene fogones para cocinar, aunque eso ya lo sabíamos. El plato de ducha al no tener nada que lo separe del resto del baño enseguida se sale el agua para afuera y se engorrina un poco todo, ya que tampoco hay fregona ni nada para limpiar.

The host was responsive at first and allowed an earlier check in. The apartment is also situated in a very central area, a few minute walks from the tourist attractions.

The room itself was really dirty. Both mirrors had visible dirt on them and the second floor balcony had layers of dust. You can tell the room hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a while. The room was also very hot and the host didn’t answer my further inquiries about the fan.

Cosy and cute vibes. Exactly as described and pictured. Very good location, walking distance to everything. Host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to messages.

When we first arrived around 3pm the internet did not work. We were contacting the host for over 4 hours asking for help, and one of the hosts said we need to unplug the cable from behind the TV so that it would reset. The TV was 3 meters off the ground and was NOT reachable, so did they expect us to climb the ladder left outside the apartment to fix the thing we already PAID FOR HAVING? After 4h and many useless mods on whatsapp chat, we were able to contact the property owner and he fixed it. Furthermore, the following day I plugged the hairdryer in the wall, while having dripping wet hair, just for it to start SMOKING and smelling like burnt rubber. I contacted the host again, and we received a message saying "Its our off day we will fix it the next day." Bear in mind, that was our last day since we only booked a weekend there. Another unpleasant thing was that if u plugged the charger or anything else upstairs next to the bed, the outlet would not work UNLESS u turn the light switch for the downstairs light on? So unless u wanted to sleep with the lights on, u cannot charge ur phone or use the outlet. The towels smelt like moist and even thought we dried them they stayed the same. The bed is literally glass thin and u can feel the metal frame underneath as u sleep! Overall, we do not recommend staying here if u r looking for a smooth experience and a responsible host. The place itself looks nice but the trouble we had to go through to feel comfortable was not worth it.

Communication with the host was great. The Location and the price were also good.

However, one thing I didn’t like was that the pictures of the bathroom online were misleading. Our bathroom was small, dirty, and in poor condition, but the photos on Booking showed a much nicer one. It’s disappointing to arrive and find something completely different from what was advertised. Cleanliness overall was also quite low.
