We had no hot water for the first 2 days, followed by a maximum of couple of minutes of hot water for the following 3 days, couldn't get in touch with the hosts to try and sort out the issue. Then had to go through booking.com, who they told they would fix the problem asap, still after this didn't have any contact from the hosts and no one came to look at the issue never mind fix it. I would recommend to book anywhere else but here!! I have book at and stayed at 100s of places across the world this was by far the worst one!!

It was cold, the water wasn't hot, there was no internet, and consequently the TV didn't turn on either.

"Cozy and warm"

Very grateful for the attention received and the quick resolution of minor doubts and incidents.

It is a simple accommodation but it has a good price, good location and the people in charge respond in case of any problem. You can't ask for more!

The location is very convenient, as it is near public transportation.

The room is a bit cold. The water shower gets cold quickly.

"Amazing location and great host"

The location was unbeatable, close to virtually everything you need to see in the city. Sam was very kind and gave us amazing recommendations. The apartment was fully equipped for a short stay. Loved it!
