Everything worked well, the kitchen had a good range of cookware/utensils etc and there were good local amenities (co-op, takeaways). Short walk to reach larger shops, bars or town centre.

Spacious. Excellent kitchen for self-catering. Can walk into town (15 mins) and small supermarket a few doors down. Excellent communication from owner.

Carpets could use a good vacuum or deep clean.

Modern and spacious is correct. Good bedrooms. On street parking is good, no problem finding space nearby.

Unfortunately, it didn't look like it had been hoovered . Carpets in lounge and stairs dirty and dusty very disappointed Upstairs bins not emptied. Dirty window ledges, dead flies on ledges. The beds looked clean and were comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen clean but horrible smell in kitchen cupboards, which was also on the crockery. therefore, I didn't want to cook there. Which defeats the purpose of having facilities. Such a shame as could have been much better as spacious and stylish, but cleanliness lets it down needs more attention.
