Great flat, nice outside space. Beds were extra comfy. Plenty of hot water. Lovely to have the space of an apartment. Lovely pub 2 minutes walk away

Kitchen water not as hot as bathroom for some reason

Everything was perfect. Sparkling clean and comfortable. You could feel like at home :) Also with private parking, that's a bonus. Located in a quiet area but walking distance to the city centre.

Flat was very clean, had private parking, good location very close to lake district, shops and restaurants 5min away, quiet neighbourhood, good price. Easy contact with the host. Great place to stay for a few nights or more.

Lovely, clean, comfortable apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Easy to get to city centre, train station and tourist attractions. Helpful information folder with info about local facilities, takeaways, nightlife etc.

it was very cold! they blocked the radiators and left them as they wanted at a very low temperature! I messaged the lady and she said that it would be resolved, but unfortunately nothing was resolved! in the end I also left with a flu

apartment was freezing cold, txt the contact number asking for the "Landlord controlled" heaters to be turned on and turned up, living room heater wasn't turned up and the bedroom heater was turned on to a measly 20 please bare in mind it was anywhere between minus 3 and 5 outside, sent a second message requesting heating be turned up this was ignored !!!! trying to sleep was impossible due to how cold it was, I then find that the living room heater had been completely turned off. To add insult to injury there was NO hot water you need to request the host boost the system !!!!!! not ideal at 6am when you need to get ready for work, A 3rd txt was then sent informing the hoist of the nightmare only to be ignored, I am still awaiting a response. I had to find alternative accommodation for the rest of the week. The miss mash of plates and glasses were filthy and the place wasn't generally very clean, for the price I was expecting a hell of a lot more. I wouldn't waste your time
