Petteril House - Ground Floor

Perfect location, walking distance to the centre of Carlisle yet far enough out to be quiet overnight. Only 15 minutes walk to large supermarket for food shopping; corner shop nearer. Secure storage for two bikes, easily accessible. Ample kitchen facilities for two people. Beds and sofa's, etc very comfortable. Great shower. All very clean. Very prompt response from hosts and timely access instructions, etc. Would definitely stay again if in Carlisle.

Perhaps a few more forks in the kitchen!

All was very good during our stay. The apartment has an exceptional location; almost all historical places are within walking distance. It is comfortable and clean, with all the facilities you need for a short stay. Many thanks, Alice and Tina.

Clean with plenty of room

Possibly the fire alarm detector beeping constantly above head in the bedroom (bit annoying for a very light sleeper)

It was clean and in good condition

the kitchen was a bit small and dark and no window (there are some light switches behind the pillar but we didn’t find them straight away. It wasn’t a problem for one night but wasn’t ideal for a long stay.
