Petteril House - Ground Floor

Very cold when l arrived took the heating 4 hours to just warm the flat. Heating turned off just before midnight, l had office work was doing on the laptop but couldn't do as l was freezing I did not take a shower because l was shaking cold ! It's 18min walk to the train station £107 for that it's ridiculous!

The property is in an excellent location to access the city centre. It was comfortable and provided everything that we needed for a 2 night stay.

I've stayed here a few times over the past couple of years and its always been clean and comfortable. Parking is easy as is checkin

The only annoying thing is the heating/hot water is controlled by the owners and you have to message them every time you want to get it adjusted. Same as hot water and there was none at 6am when I wanted a shower before leaving

I came up to watch the football and it's perfect for that. Easy check in. Place was gleaming. Parking space was important and was ideal. Good shower too

Great location parking is a major bonus

Written guidance for parking was a little confusing but question was quickly resolved with a phone call.

Situated in an ideal position for the city centre. A very quirky layout. Bedroom was a good size, beds were comfortable, lounge seating was good, a decent TV and good WiFi.

Car parking, though provided, was very tight causing the driver to have to manoeuvre on the edge of a busy road. There was some noise from doors closing in the hall and flat opposite. There were plenty of knives, but only 2 forks - not ideal for 3 people. Outside area was not very inviting, a planter or two would help.
