"Lovely apartment, fabulous location"

We loved the location of the apartment, the gardens were beautiful and so well maintained and the view out to the sea from the terrace was beautiful too. It is slightly out of town but we enjoyed walking along the sea front everyday to visit the bars/ chiringuitos/ restaurants/old town. The apartment was spacious,clean,beds were comfortable, showers were good and the kitchen was well equipped.We very much appreciated having a baby cot and high chair provided for our Grandchild as well.

The apartment location was absolutely perfect, quiet complex, right on the beach front. It was beautiful. The apartment was lovely and just as described.

The terrace had a lot of ants and didn't look like it had been swept.

"Wonderful prpoerty with incredible seaviews"

Location was ideal. Wonderful view of ocean and boardwalk along ocean was right next to property and easily accessible. The grounds of the property are maintained in superb condition with lots of beautiful greenery. The patio overlooking the ocean was also delightful

As other reviews have indicated, the property was a little tired. As one reviewer stated, minor repairs to bring the condo up to par could quite easily be done with little cost. Likewise the living room furniture, in particular the couch is also due for replacement/updating. Nevertheless none of these deficiencies detracted from our stay and we certainly hope to return.

"Erholung pur mit Blick aufs Meer."

Die Lage und der Blick auf das Meer aus dem Appartement sind sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt. Auch die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen.

"Perfekte Lage, dringende Modernisierung des Appartements notwendig, Anlage 10, Appartement 6"

Die Lage des Appartements ist einfach großartig. Sicht aufs Meer und in den wunderschönen Garten. Kürzester Weg zum Strand oder zum Pool. Kurze Wege auch zur Müllentsorgung. Parkplatz direkt am Appartement. Die Küchenausstattung war top. Alle Küchenutensilien vorhanden und in sehr gutem Zustand. Perfektes WLAN, super TV.

Die Einrichtung verlangt dringend nach einer Modernisierung oder Erneuerung, besonders in den Badezimmern und in der Küche. Türrahmen und Türen splittern ab, Schränke schließen nicht mehr vollkommen. Es gibt nur einzelne Betten, die man zusammenschieben kann. Leider kein Topper vorhanden, der eine einheitliche Liegefläche bieten würde.

"Redelijk appartement maar met een prachtig uitzicht!"
