Good location

This is such a relaxing break with everything around you need. Everyone is lovely and so friendly.

Being close to the sea was fun

Upon arriving, we noticed several things wrong with the location, alot of the windows were a struggle to work, our facilities were poorly stocked and some were non existant, we had to clean all the pans again for they had rust and oil in them, the walls were dirty and scuffed while the pillow had marks all over them, the oven light would turn on but no heat, the kitchen sink had no hot water, we had no soap for the bathroom or kitchen, all of the kitchen knives were basically unusable with how blunt they were, we had no light at the bottom of the stairs, the plug for the sink didnt fit, a radiator was practically falling off the wall with one of the fittings, the kettle would leak boiling water onto the floor or bench when pouring, over all, while the location was where we wanted to be, we werent impressed about the state it was in.

Nice central location, friendly people, associated pub over the road very handy with great pub food

Collected the keys from the pub opposite and were shown where the property was. The property was clean and well decorated with all the furniture you would expect - think it would be good to re-arrange it to find a better place for the table and chairs rather than under the staircase.

Seemed like the property could have done with a little TLC. The crockery and kitchen equipment was adequate with 3 mugs, plates etc for the two of us but a little more would have been better. There was no plug in the bathroom sink - just a hole. The lights in the bedroom were awful - the bedside lamp on the right was good but the other lamp and the main light were hardly lights at all. Little things that spoilt our visit a bit.
