GBExcellent quiet location within walking distance of Swanpool beach and lovely beachside cafe (although steep walk back) Only a 10 min drive into Falmouth. Lovely apartment - very well equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, well equipped. On site parking with parking pass. Lovely arrival treats. Excellent host - responds quickly, great directions, easy access with key safe.
Bedroom 2 - bed in need of a new mattress or decent topper. Some mould in bathroom, around shower base.

NZVery lovely presented accommodation. A nice touch was that there was fresh flowers awaiting us and chocolate biscuits, tea, coffee and a few condiments in the kitchen cupboard. The host sent good directions to the property, as it was off the main road down a cul de sac.

CZWe liked the view, the distance to the beach. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It had good kitchen facilities. We slept very well. The host had left us some thoughtful goodies.
The walls in one of the bedrooms looked like it needed replastering/ painting. It did not effect our stay but looked a little shabby. The property on the outside looked a bit rough but I think this is the style of building and I appreciate perhaps not much can be done about it. However the lawn was well kept.
ITWe were welcomed with a kind entrance gift. The flat is very nice and well equipped. Nothing was missing during my stay. It was even possible to eat outside on the wooden table if front of the house.
