Large 3 Bedroom modern apartment close to central London

I loved the room, it was comfortable!!! and the bed was made exactly how I like it!!! everything was very clean and organized

Location, size.

We stayed for 2 nights from Christmas eve to boxing day. The Internet did not work consistently for the duration of our stay, remote controls did not work, the Tivo box was not working properly (due to the wifi i presume) therefore watching any kind of Tv was not possible, nor any free wifi use. This was reported but never resolved (basically we were told to turn it off and on again) this was never fully resolved. In the kitchen we discovered a very dangerous broken shelf which almost resulted in pots and pans falling on my head. A video of this was sent to the support who simply replied "thanks for letting us know" thats it, nothing more!. These 2 issues ultimately impacted negatively on our stay. This is a shame as it is a nice property, attention to detail should be made after every stay to ensure the next occupants have a satisfactory stay. This appeared to be lacking on this occasion.

The flat is very spacious and clean. It was cold when I arrived but a huge radiator in the main corridor warmed the place in no time! Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with a cooker, oven, toaster and other useful appliances. There was even a washing machine which looked brand new. The sitting room, which faces the street, was surprisingly quiet, being so close to cars and buses on the road. I could barely hear them! Flat is within 50 yards of a good number of local shops, restaurants and grocery stores and very convenient.

Instructions on how to get the key from the lock box were incorrect. However, after I messaged the hosts I got a call less than a minute later advising the correct location. The en-suite bathroom door did not lock as the lock was missing. Also, the bed sheets had a somewhat unpleasant odour. I had to use my own bed sheets, which I had carried just in case.

Spacious, close to bus stations (1hour by bus to central area), lots of restaurants/coffee places near by, easy check in/check out, tv has Netflix and house have wifi

Considering that a deposit is required for possible damages, the apartment is very worn, with some things partially damaged. Personally, it didn't bother us because we spent very little time inside, we walked around London and ate in the city. The price paid was a good one so I overlooked some things.

The flat was spotless with plenty of room for the three of us. It was comfortable and the owners staff quickly addressed my concerns/issues.

The kitchen is rather small but no complaints otherwise.

Everything about the property was perfect, very clean, good location, beds were comfy, and I would definitely stay here again.
