Relaxing costal retreat sleeps four people

Great location easy to get in.

Place was left unclean. Hastings and St leonards had no water during our stay due to a burst water pipe. Host knew this but no water left in the place to boil kettle or flush the loo! Lots of damp patches- parts of ceiling falling down from this when upstairs in and walking around.

Good location for us visiting family

Plaster falling of walls and ceiling in places e.g by bed. Lack of some basic kitchen equipment e.g only 1 small plate, no wine glasses. Bulb not working in bedside light. Couldn't access property on arrival, key code not given prior to arrival.

We loved the locality, the apartment is close to the center with lovely shops and places to eat and relax. The apartment was comfortably decorated, and offered all necessary facilities.

The apartment has some damp, which is commonly associated with garden flats.

We stay here before, great location.

Someone just left the keys to us when we arrived, the place was unclean when we got there. There was a burn mark about the size of my hand on the wooden floor when we arrived, I think it was left by the last tenant. Rubbish still in the bin, we had to tidy up the place.

It ok, it is damp so we brought scented candles from the co-op. The WiFi is awful. Kitchen adequate enough. From room ok, wouldn’t care too much about sleeping on the sofa bed though! Main bedroom was fine, bed very comfortable. Bathroom is clean but it’s just the damp smell that puts you off a bit

Fantastic Location, very clean, everything you need for an amazing stay in Hastings, i would definitely recommend this coastal retreat.

It could do with some work it had a lot of damp and mould in the bedroom and smelt like a public toilet in the bathroom upstairs people were very loud up at the crack of dawn making banging noise sounded like they were in same flat as us it needed a good deep clean
