The sofa bed we pulled out the bottom sheet was dirty, the mattress was all the springs digging in and the pillow cases were dirty , there was rubbish in a cupboard and the shampoo in the bathroom had lots of hairs stuck to it

Good location, well equipped kitchen, provided shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, had lots of channels/platform subscriptions on the TV.

It was the worst accommodation we've stayed at, from start to finish. Clear issues with basic hygiene and customer service. Check in: They were supposed to send us the check-in information 24 hours ahead of our stay, but we didn't receive anything. We messaged via booking.com, emailed and called We Love Property which went straight to voicemail and the website said they are closed during weekends. We didn't receive check-in information until 2.5 hours ahead of check in, when we called Booking.com's customer service and they were able to get in touch with the host and get our check in information for us. The host then blamed Booking.com's systems and said we had called the wrong phone number even though it was the same number stated on Booking.com and their own company website. Hygiene and upkeep: The flat is clearly having issues with damp, as the floorboards were uneven, the toilet constantly smelt of damp/toilet smells. There were lots of flies - we killed 7 in the 2 nights we stayed and there always seemed to be more coming, which makes us think they must be breeding somewhere in the flat. The place wasn't cleaned properly as there was melted cheese on the grill, dirt on some of the plates, food residue on knives and lipstick marks on one of the mugs. The mattress had a dip in the middle which wasn't great for our backs - ok for 2 nights but not really good for a longer stay. There were issues with the light switches so you couldn't turn off the bathroom light, and the lounge light also had issues. WiFi: Very weak and our phones kept switching to 4G for better signal. Check out: It clearly states on the Booking.com page that our check out time is 11am, but they came at 10am and insisted that it's at 10am and we should have left.

Flat was a decent size & relatively clean.

Bathroom floor was dirty with long hairs everywhere. Upstairs neighbours were very noisy & played music loud & yelled & 'stomped' about on the creaky floor both nights of my stay starting around 10pm. After eventually falling asleep I was awoken on the 1st night at 00:40 by excessive noise & yelling & also on the 2nd night at 01:54 by the same situation with yelling & swearing at each other! Absolutely terrible stay with lack of sleep affecting my experience immensely!
