There's a comfy mattress. The kitchen was well equipped. There's a good shower.

Atrocious customer service: I sent separate 4 requests for a VAT invoice, all of which went unacknowledged until I called. The messages with the person responsible are only polite when they have clearly been copy-pasted. When I asked for more toilet roll the response came many hours later and was unhelpful and barely polite; we gave up and decided it was easier to go and buy our own. If you want customer service, go elsewhere. About the apartment: The bed is on a mezzanine level and is very awkward to access because the ladder is vertical and made of metal scaffolding. The only way to do it safely in the night is to turn on the ceiling lights, which are blindingly bright and will definitely wake up anyone else staying with you (installing a nightlight at the bottom of the ladder would be a cheap but significant improvement). There is a sofa bed on the main floor but it's extremely uncomfortable. There were many crumbs on the countertop by the sink. There's a little table on wheels near the sofa bed which clearly hadn't been cleaned beneath for months: trash and dust-bunnies galore.

Loved the simple space, it was very clean and kitchen was amazing to have.

Located by the nightclubs, the ladder was very difficult to go up and down mainly due to how straight up it is.

Fijn appartement op hele centrale lokatie. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk bed, hele lekkere douche. Heel leuk dat je naar je bed moest klimmen. Gemakkelijke toegang met codes.

Veel omgevingsgeluiden. Ik zat er 3 nachten, precies in het weekend dus op vrijdag en zaterdag verwachtte ik uitgaansgeluiden dus die waren geen probleem. Ook zit je middenin de stad dus verkeer hoor je. Maar ik ondervond wel overlast van andere lui die luid communiceerden in een buitenlandse taal s morgens vroeg en werkzaamheden hadden die lawaai veroorzaakten tot s avonds laat. Daar voelde ik mij wat minder bij op m'n gemak. Oordopjes zijn hier geen overbodige luxe.

Perfect location, we were getting married at the shack! Sofa bed super comfy and plenty of space in here to get ready the morning of the wedding with my girls. Lovely and clean, couldn't fault a thing, super central/easy to get to from various car parks and the train station too :)
