"Comfortable, but not exceptional."

Great location and view of sea.

Property a bit tired. No braai. Had to get one from next door which was also not in good shape and dirty. Cupboards smelt very mouldy!

Perfect place to stay when visiting Hout Bay!! Perfect position, beautiful views, fantastic staff!!!

We stayed there last year also. Unfortunately since then the property has degraded and bit. Needs some TLC.

"A large beach house but not much more."

This large house offers plenty of space for bigger groups with 8 beds and ample sitting options. A large dinning table even allows you to host friends. The views of the beach and mountains are outstanding. This complex has easy access to the beach. The large TV was a hit for watching sports. Located in a Secure complex

Unfortunately this house missed the mark on so many levels. A beach house with no beach towels or any additional amenities (no salt& pepper, only 1 roll of toilet paper, no washing detergent or garbage bags, and no welcome basket). A dishwasher that was moldy and barely worked, walls with water damage and a lovely balcony that can’t be used because of a broken umbrella, and perhaps the biggest disappointment No Braai (BBQ). Light fittings filled with bugs give a great vibe
