"Great house but not if there are problems."

The house itself is great. Very comfortable and big! and right next to the entrance of the beach, which was great.

Unfortionately we had two stressfull days, because there was an electricity-problem which caused a group to fall out for almost a whole day (fridge, garagedoor). We had to throw all our just bought our food away, take a taxi to an appointment and cancel our plans for the rest of the day because we couldn’t get to our car. Cathleen, the contactperson, did her very best to fix things quickly and she was always there to help. The host though, Ilze, was not willing to compensate us for the losses/costs we had. Didn’t feel right at all.
