Beachfront Villa Sea Breeze Hout Bay Cape Town

Everything about the place was amazing. Clean, neat, tidy, views amazing.

It's was extremely hot, I do understand aircons are expensive but atleast place a fan in every room.

The location and the view, the spaciousness of the house, and the feeling of being very safe! The quality of the beds and linen!

Cupboards in the second kitchen are to be repaired, and some cutlery and specific glasses are to be placed upstairs.

Bigger than expected with all of the luxury appliances one would expect. Tasteful furniture matching with the location near the beach. We were with 4 tall persons, but it could fit at least 6 adults and possibly even another child or two. Staff and owner were also very helpful finding a solution for our expected late arrival and getting access to the grounds and house itself.

Would have received an all across full star rating with a after a bit of touching up or adding minor things like some cupboards that had loose hinges, bedroom cupboards with a damp smell to it or having deckchairs on the (roof-)terrace.
