Cosy flats near Heathrow, group bookings available with parking space

The property is right on a bus line that takes you to the airport although proprietor wasn’t very helpful with bus information. So I had to take a $60 taxi ride the first day until I figured things out. property was very clean with modern appliances and somewhat comfortable bed.

I would recommend against going during the summer if it’s going to be hot because the unit I stayed in was on the top floor and it was unbearably hot, with no AC. there are skylight windows but those have to be kept closed to keep out the light. even so, the shades do not come all the way down over the windows, leaving about an inch gap, so a lot of light comes through in the morning and woke me up. also, there is not a good seal around the skylight windows so there is a lot of street noise. didn’t sleep well at all.

proximity to Heathrow airport

dirty. had not been cleaned since the previous guest. this was evident with the full dustbin, dirty sheets unmade beds. to make matters worse we suffered from bedbugs in both beds. it was. atrufly awful experience

It was close to the airport and had bus stops within a block of the property. Kitchen had things we needed, and the wash machine worked to do our laundry. Couldn't find the iron and messaged the property. Had someone come to check and then received and iron in less than one hour.

To get to the top apartment the stairs are very narrow and steep. It was hard to get larger bags up the stairs. The washing machine is a European version (washer/dryer in one) so plan on 5 hours to do one load of clothes. I don't think we've ever had pillows as flat as the ones in this apartment. Don't see how four adults could sit at one time around the table. Perfect place for two people though. Just know that this is on the flight path and next to a busy street so if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs.
