Cosy flats near Heathrow, group bookings available with parking space

Clean and spacious, well equipped with what is needed for family stay

We were left stranded in London with no explanation or help from British Airways. All other airlines were operating normally, we were told that due to weather conditions our flight was cancelled and our luggage would not be returned. We were expected to fend for ourselves with two children and no luggage. I cannot praise enough the constant attention via whatsapp. We booked for one night until we were told we would need two. They did everything possible to ensure we would stay both nights in the same appartment and were constantly in touch to see if anything else was needed or if they could be of any help. Location was great. Near Heathrow and with a bus stop right in front of the building and a supermarket on the corner.

The sofa bed was a bit small for two children of 9 and 12 and we had no extra bed clothing to ensure one of them could sleep on the sofa. Maybe (as a suggestion) they could leave extra sheets and blankets in the appartment for reservations made for families of 4.

very dirty it was like a homeless shelter there was rats and spiders everywhere the place smelt like rat poo and there was loud busy street so you couldn’t sleep

Parking was nightmare. two cars are parked which occupied most of the parking lot due to bad parking! One of them belongs to the owner.
