Close proximity to Heathrow. Large space for our family of five and at a much better price point than any traditional hotel options.

Clean and tidy was welcomed in by friendly cleaners. Good view of airplanes landing.

Nothing its perfect.

The flat was spacious and had a well stocked kitchen, and a nice bathroom. The wifi was good as well - there was a fan and an ironing board.

The sheets stank when we walked in. Prior to moving in the hosts kept whatsapping me, trying to get me to convert the booking.com booking to a direct booking to get an early/late check in. They were very insistent on getting me to change my booking which caused a lot of stress and anxiety. However given how necessary it was to find a place to stay we did not push back. There was no cleaning or change of sheets for the whole weeks we were there, and the sheets were dirty and smelly when we got there. When inquired about a cleaning they said it would cost 45 quid more! Again, as it was imperative we had a place to stay while moving house, I did not want to contact them. There were greasy plates stacked up inside the kitchen cupboards that we had to wash before using. It was pretty disgusting.

Car park is back alley which was flooded, Bath chipped and tap leaking, Kitchen had a wall tile missing with exposed wiring behind it, Outside door glass broken and door wasn't closed when we arrived, As you arrived you saw cleaning products in and on lockers for bed bugs; didn't inspire me with confidence,

Plenty of room, large fridge, washing machine, plenty of space for all of us, and a spacious kitchen and dining table. small supermarket next door was convenient

I had to message the property for four days for them to fix the sink which was plugged when we arrived. they fixed it the last day. brushing our teeth in the bathtub was a bit annoying but that’s the only complaint I have.
